How do I return my order?

Sorry! We currently have a backlog in our warehouse and your refund could take longer than usual. We are doing all we can to speed things up.

You have 100 days to return your order. All returns are FREE.

Though it's not yet possible to register a return on the mobile version of, you'll be guided through these simple steps below if you click on 'Return item' after you switch to the desktop site here.

1. Inform: In the 'Return Item' tab, click the button 'Return your products now' and select the items you wish to return. Choose to have your return collected* or drop it off at your local Hermes ParcelShop or Doddle Store.

In London, you can book a two-hour collection slot at a time that suits you with On the dot.

2. Pack: Stick the return label that you received with your order on the parcel and make sure to remove or cover the original delivery label. If you're missing the return label, you'll get the option to create a PDF copy for printing while registering your return.

3. Send: Head to your nearest parcel shop to drop off your return or simply wait at home for the courier to come and collect the parcel.

It can take up to 14 days for your refund to be fully processed so please remember to retain your proof of return until you receive your refund.


*For pick up at home, our courier will attempt collection on the scheduled day between 8 am and 8 pm. If your parcel is particularly large please contact our friendly Customer Care to arrange a separate home pick up. (This refers to boxes 32x24x16 inches or greater – usually for orders containing winter jackets and boots).
